Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cake

Cake:
1 c oil
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
2 t vanilla
3 c flour
2 t baking soda
2 c water

mix all ingredients until there are no lumps. bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. Cook in a 12" round. (Double if you want a layer cake, and put PB cups between layers)

Frosting:
2/3 c cocoa
3-4 c powdered sugar
1/4 c butter
1 t vanilla
milk as needed
1 bag pb cups, unwrapped and chopped

frost cake, then top with pb cups. YUM!
