Hot Spinach Spread

2 c Monterey Jack
1 pkg chopped spinach
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
2 plum tomatoes
chopped onions
1/3 c. half n half
1 jalapeno

brush pitas wih 1/2 c melted butter, 2 t. lemon pepper, 1/4 t garlic salt. bake above for 20 mins.
