Easy Apple Crisp

Apple Crisp

6 c sliced, peeled, apples (I usually peel, core and slice with apple slicer, then slice again into 1/4 " slices)
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
"crisp"
1/2 c flour
1/3 c brown sugar, packed
1/3 c quick cooking oats
1/4 c butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix apples and 3/4 c brown sugar. Put in 8 inch square pan (sprayed with Pam), Blend remaining ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apples. Microwave on high for 12-17 minutes.

True confession--I put the apples in a 9x13, and double the crumb crust. Then you get way more crumble per apple, I KNOW, we are bad!
