1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
1 t cream of tartar
1 t soda
1/4 t salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredient, and add to mixture. Mix 1 T cinnamon, 2 T sugar and roll cookies, then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
