Smothered Chicken

6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 can cream of mushroom
1- 8 oz tub of sour cream
1 c grated cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

Spray casserole dish, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese. Spoon over chicken and bake at 325 for 90 mins. Serve over hot rice.
