1 1/2 c sugar
2/3 evaporated milk
1/2 c butter
1/4 t salt
3 c mini marshmallows
1/4 c water
1 pkg chocolate chips
Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over med heat. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until thickens. (abt 8 mins) Add marshmallows and water; stir until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Spread into wax paper lined pan and chill 3 hours.
