Bread Bowls (Jacki's)

2 1/2 c warm water
2 T sugar
1 T salt
2 T oil
6 c flour, divided
2 pkg yeast (2 T)

Mix water, sugar, salt, oil, and half of the flour with yeast mixed into it. Beat, stir in remaining flour and mix all ingredients. Leave wooden spoon in batter, let it rest for 10 mins, then stir it down. Let it rest another 10 mins and stir down. Do this a total of 5 times. Knead, divide into "bowls" then rise and cook at 400 for 15-20 mins.
