1 c oats
1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 T honey
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk
1/4 c melted butter
Stir dry ingredients (oats, flour, soda, salt) to mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Add 1/4 c wheat germ or ground flaxseed for extra nutrition. Cook on greased, hot griddle until brown.
