1st layer
1/2 c butter
1/4 c brown sugar
3 T cocoa
1 beaten egg
2 c graham crumbs
1 c coconut
1/2 c chopped walnuts
Combine and press into 9x9 inch pan and chill for 1/2 hr.
2nd layer
2 c powdered sugar (or icing sugar, Jenae)
1/4 c butter
1/4 c cream
2 T Bird's Custard Powder (can be found at Harmon's in the US--anywhere in Canada)
Combine all, beating until smooth and fluffy, then spread CAREFULLY on top of 1st layer,
3rd layer
3 chocolate squares (sweet or semi sweet) (or 3 oz choc chips)
1/4 c butter, melted
melt together, smooth over second layer, and chill. YUUUUUUUUM. Why did I go off sugar again?
