Stuffed Shells

Stuffed Shells--thanks, Jen!

1 box of jumbo shells
1 jar Ragu (marinara of your choice, but Ragu tastes best and we usually prefer Prego!)
1 lb mozzarella
3/4 c parmesan cheese
16 oz cottage cheese
2 eggs

Cook shells according to box, combine cheeses and eggs. Pour 1/2 jar Ragu in bottom of 9x13, stuff shells with cheese mixture, and pour rest of sauce on top. Bake 35-40 mins at 350. (I double and freeze half for another day.)
