1 pkg spice cake mix
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 c water
1/4 c molasses
6 t vanilla
Combine cake mix, ginger, soda. Stir in water, molasses, and vanilla. Mix well. With floured hands, roll into 10 balls. Place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake at 375 for 13-15 mins. Remove to wire racks to cool. These are huge.
