German Pancakes

6 eggs
1 c milk
1 c flour
1/4 t salt
4 T butter

Combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Beat until fluffy and smooth. Put half of butter in each of 2 pie pans. Melt in oven as it preheats (to 450). Pour half batter in each pan. Bake 20 mins...pancakes will puff up. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
