Funeral Potatoes

2 lb bag hashbrowns (I like cubed)
2 c cream of chicken
2 c sour cream
2 c grated cheese
chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste

Combine in (greased) 9x13, top with 2 c crushed cornflakes and some cheese mixed with 2 T melted butter. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
