1 c butter
1/2 c cocoa
2 T honey
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
Melt butter, and stir in cocoa. Cool. Add honey, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Cool.
Mint Frosting:
5 T butter
dash of salt
3 T milk
1 T corn syrup
2 1/3 c powdered sugar
1/2 t mint extract
1-2 drops green food coloring
Beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread over brownies. Place in freezer for a short time to "set", then frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
