Bonnie's Sweet Chicken Curry

Sweet Curried Chicken

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c melted butter
1/2 c honey
1/4 c yellow mustard
1 t salt
1 t curry powder

NICOLE'S CHICKEN TIP: soak chicken in buttermilk beforehand to tenderize and soften chicken flavor.

Place chicken in a greased (I always grease casserole dishes for easy removal/washing) 9x13 pan. Mix together all other ingredients and put on top of chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350--pairs nicely with rice or a mild salad.
